We do not process your name, email, phone number, contacts or location. Your game progress stays on your device.
3. Transfers, including abroad
Data may be transferred to processors that run the service: Cloudflare, Inc. (server and database), Google LLC (AdMob, consent form), RevenueCat, Inc. (purchases), Apple Inc. and Google LLC (stores and payments). Their servers may be abroad, including in the United States. Transfers abroad rely on KVKK Art. 9: your explicit consent for analytics and personalized ads, otherwise the necessity for performing the contract, together with the standard contractual safeguards these companies provide.
4. How data is collected
Electronically, through the app and shared links, automatically and from what you enter.
5. Retention
Analytics events 90 days; announcements 1 year (or until deleted; names are erased at once after multiple reports); rate-limit records 2 hours; purchase records as long as the law requires.
6. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11
You can learn whether your data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad, request correction, deletion or destruction (under Art. 7) and notification of these to third parties, object to a result against you arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
